Subsidy On Farm Machinery- Apply For A Huge Discount Of Up To One Lakh On Agricultural Machines

To provide tractors and farming machines to all farmers, large and small, the central and state governments have provided financial assistance to farmers for agricultural machines, allowing farmers to purchase these machines without difficulty. Farmers are being provided with farming machines at a huge subsidy under the Government of Rajasthan and the National Horticulture Mission in this sequence. The central government bears 60% of the cost of these agricultural machines, which are subsidized, and the state government bears 40%.

The Government Is Subsidizing The Purchase Of Farming Equipment For Farmers

To provide tractors and farming machines to all farmers, large and small, the central and state governments have provided financial assistance to farmers for agricultural machines, allowing farmers to purchase these machines without difficulty. Farmers are being provided with farming machines at a huge subsidy under the Government of Rajasthan and the National Horticulture Mission in this sequence. The central government bears 60% of the cost of these agricultural machines, which are subsidized, and the state government bears 40%.

How Much Of The Grant Is Available For Which Types Of Equipment?

Rajasthan Horticulture and Food Processing Department Farmers, producer associations, farmers' groups, self-help groups, and women farmers' groups (at least 10 members) are engaged in the cultivation of horticultural crops to reduce crop production costs and increase productivity. On power-operated equipment, the following grants are available:

Tractor with Rotavator/Equipment (up to 20 PTO)

The total cost per device is Rs.300, 000

The general category farmers will receive 25% of the cost, with a maximum of Rs 75000 - per equipment. Simultaneously, a grant of up to Rs 1 lakh is available per device to SC, ST, small and marginal, and women farmers.

Power Tiller (Less than 8 BHP)

The total cost per device is Rs.1.00 lakh.

The maximum grant is Rs 40,000/- per equipment for general category farmers and Rs 50,000/- for SC, ST, small and marginal, and women farmers.

Power Tiller (8 BHP & above)

The total cost per device is Rs 1.50 lakh.

General category farmers will receive a grant of up to Rs 60,000 per equipment, while SC, ST, and small and marginal women farmers will receive a grant of up to Rs 75,000 per equipment.

Tractor or Power Driven Machine (up to 20 BHP)

(a) Equipment for land development, tillage, and seedbed preparation

Total cost per device: Rs.30, 000/-

The maximum amount available to general farmers is Rs. 12,000/- per piece of equipment. SC, ST, small and marginal farmers, and women farmers, on the other hand, will receive a maximum of Rs 15000/- per equipment.

(b) Sowing, planting, and digging tools

Each device cost Rs.30, 000 in total.

The maximum amount available to general category farmers is Rs. 12,000/- per piece of equipment. SC, ST, small and marginal, and women farmers can receive up to Rs 15000/- per equipment grant.

(c) Laying Machine for Plastic Mulch

Total unit cost per device Rs.70, 000/-

On equipment for laying plastic mulch, 40% of the unit cost to the general category farmers are 70 thousand rupees, with a maximum of 28 thousand rupees, and 50% of the unit cost to small, marginal, women, scheduled castes, and scheduled tribes farmers. On each device, farmers will receive a grant of up to Rs.35 thousand.

(d) Gardening Machines That Work Automatically

The total cost per device is Rs. 2.50 lakh.

The maximum amount available to general farmers is Rs. 1,000,000/- per piece of equipment. Small, marginal, women, scheduled caste, and scheduled tribe farmers will be eligible for an equipment grant of up to Rs. 1, 25, 000/-.

Sprayer Tractor Mounted / Operated (Above 35 BHP / Electrostatic Sprayer)

The total cost per device is Rs. 1.26 lakh.

General category farmers will receive 40% of the cost unit with a maximum of Rs. 50000/- per equipment, while SC, ST, small and marginal, and women farmers will receive 50% of the cost unit with a maximum of Rs. 63,000/- per equipment.
