Raw eggs may contain Salmonella. It's advisable to consume eggs that are cooked until the yolks and whites are firm.


Unpasteurized milk can carry dangerous bacteria such as Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria.


Raw sprouts, including alfalfa, clover, radish, and mung bean sprouts, can harbor E. coli and Salmonella. 


Raw flour isn't treated to kill bacteria and other pathogens. Consuming raw dough or batter can expose you to E. coli.
