Today in Delhi, the minimum temperature is expected to remain around 23 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature may reach up to 32 degrees Celsius. 

The temperature is anticipated to stay relatively stable at 23 degrees Celsius throughout the day, accompanied by a wind speed of around 6.14. The wind direction will change by about 11 degrees, with a gust speed of 7.25. 

Forecast and Warnings: 

Northwest

From the 3rd to the 5th of April, the Western Himalayan region is expected to experience isolated to scattered light or moderate rainfall, along with thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds on the 3rd and 4th.

On the other hand, the plains of northwest India are likely to receive isolated light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms, and the highest level of activity is anticipated on the 3rd of April. 

Additionally, Uttarakhand may experience isolated hailstorms on the 3rd and 4th of April, while Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Haryana are likely to witness such hailstorms only on the 3rd of April.

East & Northeast India:

There is a high probability of scattered to widespread light to moderate rainfall, thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds in Northeast India and Sub Himalayan, West Bengal & Sikkim until the 5th of April. The intensity of these weather conditions is expected to gradually decrease thereafter.

South India:

Likely, regions including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, South Interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala will experience isolated to scattered light to moderate rainfall accompanied by a thunderstorm, lightning, and gusty winds over the next five days.

Central & West India: 

There is no significant weather expected in the region for the next five days.

Maximum Temperatures Forecast:

Over most parts of the country, maximum temperatures are expected to be 2-4°C lower than normal in the upcoming 5 days, with below-normal to near-normal temperatures expected. 

There is no likelihood of a heat wave occurring in any part of the country during this time.
