WayCool Foods Signs MoU with IIT Madras to Advance Regenerative Agriculture for Farmers in India

WayCool Foods, a leading food and agri-tech platform, has announced a strategic partnership with the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M) to expand the offerings for farmers under IIT-M's pioneering Regenerative Agriculture Sustainable Architecture (RASA) tech stack. IIT Madras introduced the RASA Tech Stack in 2022, aiming to empower farmers with tools for monitoring and fine-tuning cultivation and harvesting processes to maximize yields. This comprehensive tech stack covers the entire farm-to-kitchen cycle, encompassing pre-cultivation, cultivation, harvest, storage/shipment, marketing, and payment. By leveraging sensor technology and data science techniques, the RASA stack has the potential to enhance crop yields, reduce waste, and increase farmers' income.
