To reinforce its foothold in the 4WD Compact Tractor segment, VST Tillers Tractors meticulously crafted the new Series 9 tractors at its state-of-the-art plant in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The series comprises six innovative models, each encompassing power outputs from 18HP to 36HP. These tractors, bearing the names VST 918, VST 922, VST 927, VST 929, VST 932, and VST 939, are set to be available from this month itself.

Impressive Lineup:

The Series 9 lineup represents a significant advancement for VST Tillers Tractors. Company CEO Antony Cherukara announced plans to launch a total of twelve products this year. While three higher HP tractors are slated for a September launch, three additional tractors, including an Electric Tractor, are set to debut in Germany come November. Furthermore, the company intends to invest Rs.100 crore in Research and Development, culminating in the establishment of a Global R&D centre.

Steady Growth Trajectory:

Over the past three years, VST has achieved a remarkable 30% growth rate. Looking ahead, the company anticipates sustaining a growth rate of 20% over the next four years. Highlighting VST's unique market presence, Cherukara emphasized that the company is the sole manufacturer offering products ranging from 2hp to 50hp. This diversity underlines their ambition to enter the US market and achieve the ambitious Rs.3,000 crore revenue goal by 2026.

Empowering Farmers:

Anticipating the needs of small and marginal farmers, VST is committed to expanding its product line. In India, where the compact tractor segment accounts for approximately 55,000 to 60,000 tractors annually, this move is poised to benefit a significant portion of the farming community. The company plans to bolster its dealership network, scaling up from 1000 to 2000 dealerships, thereby extending its reach and impact.

Series 9 by VST brings a range of innovations designed to bolster agricultural productivity. With independent PTO, MID PTO, Reverse PTO, fully Synchromesh Gearbox, Electro-Hydraulic Controls (EHC), and Dual Track Width Options, these tractors boast industry-first features. The integration of advanced technology and the EHC feature particularly enhances operator comfort and control, streamlining the execution of various tasks.
