VST Tillers Tractors Showcases Innovative Farm Machinery at Krushi Odisha 2024 to Empower Women Farmers

To empower women in agriculture, VST Tillers Tractors Ltd, a prominent farm equipment manufacturer in India, unveiled its innovative products at the Krushi Odisha exhibition held at Janata Maidan, Bhubaneswar. The event, inaugurated by Honourable Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik, carried the theme 'Celebrating Women in Agriculture,' aligning perfectly with VST's commitment to supporting women farmers through smart farm machines.

Showcasing Compact and Handy Solutions:

VST Tillers Tractors, boasting a 70 per cent market share in power tillers, demonstrated its dedication to empowering women in agriculture. The showcased products, ranging from 2 HP to 50 HP and designed for various applications and crops, garnered appreciation from women farmers, Women Self-Help Groups (WSHG), and officials from the agriculture and food production department.

Innovative Products Stealing the Spotlight:

Among the highlights at VST's stall were innovative offerings like the remote-controlled power tiller, the electric start 16 HP power tiller, and the 932 DI owners’ tractor in the 32 HP category. These smart farm machines are compact, handy, and tailored for ease of use, making them ideal companions for women farmers navigating the complexities of agriculture.

VST 929DI EGT Compact Tractor:

A star attraction at the exhibition was the VST 929DI EGT compact tractor, equipped with a three-cylinder 30 HP category DI Engine. This tractor offers higher power, torque, and fuel efficiency and also features a unique DUAL TRAC capability. This innovative feature allows the tractor to efficiently manage narrow working spaces in sugarcane fields while operating with Standard Trac in other fields. VST’s Series 9 range of tractors, including the 929DI EGT, is geared with advanced features such as a Fully Synchromesh Gearbox and MID, RPTO, and Independent PTO options, setting new standards in the segment.
