According to recent reports, VST Tillers Tractors Limited, a prominent manufacturer of farm equipment, has seen a significant rise in revenue during the financial year 2022-23. The company's revenue grew by 17.8% to INR 1,006.43 crore, despite facing challenges such as a rise in commodity prices and a reduction in other income from "Mark to Market" gains on investments.

Furthermore, the company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) margin were INR 152.16 crore, which represents 14.75% of sales. This figure indicates that the company was able to maintain a healthy profitability level, despite the challenges.

The net profit after tax for the full year was INR 92.37 crore, which is a positive outcome for the company. Overall, these results suggest that Vst Tillers Tractors Limited has performed well in the face of difficult market conditions, and is on track to continue its success in the future.

In the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2023, VST Industries witnessed a significant increase in revenue, with a growth rate of 47.7% as compared to the same period in the previous year. The company's total revenue for Q4 amounted to INR 322.61 crore. Moreover, VST Industries' EBITDA for the same quarter was INR 59.78 crore, which represents 18.23% of the total sales. The net profit after tax for Q4 stood at INR 40.15 crore, indicating a successful financial performance for the company in the quarter.

In terms of sales figures, VST Industries reported that they sold 38,247 units of power tillers and exported 1458 tractors in the fiscal year 2023. These numbers demonstrate the company's strength in the agricultural machinery market and its ability to generate revenue through exports.

The Board of Directors has suggested distributing a dividend of INR 25 per share for the fiscal year, which is equivalent to 250% of the face value of INR 10 per share. In simpler terms, if an individual holds one share in the company, they will receive a dividend of INR 25.
