Net Sales in December 2022 will be Rs 213.69 crore, up 2.52% from Rs 208.44 crore in December 2021. Quarterly Net Profit in December 2022 was Rs. 19.43 crore, a 7.7% decrease from Rs. 21.05 crore in December 2021. In December 2022, EBITDA is Rs. 32.44 crores, down 8.65% from Rs. 35.51 crores in December 2021.

VST Tillers Tractors Limited (VST), India's leading farm equipment manufacturer, announced its third-quarter results for the fiscal year 2022-23 on 10th February 2023.

VST's revenue in the third quarter of fiscal year 23 is Rs 213.69 crore, up from Rs 208.44 crore in the third quarter of fiscal year 22. For the third quarter ended December 31, 2022, the company's EBITDA margin was Rs 32.44 Crore or 14.56% on sales.

The company's Profit After Tax (PAT) for the third quarter was Rs 19.43 Cr, a marginal decrease from Rs 21.05 Cr in the same quarter last year.

VST has achieved a year-to-date turnover of Rs 683.82 Crore compared to Rs 635.50 Crore during the corresponding Nine months of the previous fiscal year, a 7.60% increase. Net profit for the fiscal year ended December 22 was Rs 52.22 crore, compared to Rs.77.21 crore for the fiscal year ended December 21. The profit margin impact was due to material consumption from previous periods of procurement.
