UP Govt To Provide 50% Subsidy On Farm Machinery- Apply Now

The government of Uttar Pradesh is providing farmers in the state with a subsidy of up to 50 percent for the purchase of agricultural machinery. This subsidy applies to a variety of agricultural machines, including those whose cost is less than Rs. 10,000. 

The Uttar Pradesh government's Kisan Seva Yojana has resulted in the development of an official website, upagriculture.com, which contains comprehensive information for farmers in the region. Through this website, farmers can access all government schemes related to the agriculture sector, and a UP Krishi Mobile App has also been launched, allowing farmers to access services using their mobile phones. This approach enables farmers to access all the necessary information and services more conveniently.

The bill will be uploaded on the portal as soon as they purchase agricultural machinery from the department stall or the notified companies in the market. Once this is done, 50% of the grant amount will be sent to the farmers in their Aadhaar-linked bank account itself.

Steps To Apply For Agriculture Mechanization Scheme

• Visit the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Department at upagriculture.com.

• To book agricultural machinery or a solar pump on subsidy, you need to visit the home page and click on the "generate token" option.

• This will take you to a new page where you can select the option to book agricultural machinery.

• Next, you will need to provide all the required information accurately on the subsequent page.

• Once you have filled in all the necessary details, click on the "generate" button.

• Upon completing these steps, your booking for agricultural machinery or a solar pump on subsidy will be processed successfully.

• Please proceed to the next page where you will find a token form for agricultural machinery. Please provide all the required information in the form such as your district name, registration number option, and registration number.

• Once you have entered the information, click on the search button.

• You will then be directed to a page where you can select the agricultural equipment of your choice from the given options.

• Once you have selected the equipment, click on the proceed button to proceed to the next page.

• To initiate the grant process for the Agricultural Mechanization Scheme in UP, the farmer must provide their mobile number to generate a token.

• Once the token process is successfully completed, a confirmation message will be sent to the farmer's registered mobile number.

• Upon receiving the message, the applicant farmer can proceed with booking their tokens. This completes the online application process for the scheme.
