A tractor driver, Inzamul Haque from Kaljar, clinched a remarkable victory at the Howly Raas Mahotsav in Assam’s Barpeta district as he secured a luxurious Rs. 76 lakh Range Rover car through a lottery ticket he purchased for a mere Rs. 100. The Howly Raas Mahotsav committee organized the lottery, offering enticing prizes, including a Range Rover as the grand prize, followed by a Toyota Fortuner, a Scorpio, a Skoda Kuchak, and a Nexon.

In an exhilarating turn of events, Inzamul Haque shared his excitement with the media, revealing the anticipation he endured while waiting for five hours to purchase two lottery tickets at the festival.
