Recently Telangana’s BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar commended his party to reach their hands to those farmers who have suffered crop losses.

This would be speculated with proper inspection and field visits collecting all the data from those farmers who have faced major crop losses due to unseasonal rainfalls, according to Sanjay Kumar.

Sanjay Kumar also told that after a teleconference meeting that was conducted with district presidents, it was concluded that all the information will be passed to respective District Collectors, who will inspect and seek assistance to the affected farmers in the next two days.

The party can also create turbulence if found to lack support or null response from the government, Sanjay Kumar further added.

The BJP emphasized that crops were headed away in numerous locations and hailstorms caused additional damage, making the condition of tenant farmers all the more pitiful because they had taken out big loans and leased the land in the first place but were now facing enormous losses.

Sanjay Kumar also criticized Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar, for failing promises and being unable to pay a price of Rs 10,000 per acre to each farmer who has suffered crop loss due to untimely rains.

He added that if the government had supported and opened procurement centers on time then at least 40 % of farmers would have prevented their produce and would not lose crops.
