Sales Report- Mahindra & Mahindra Sees An 11% Increase In Tractor Sales

Mahindra & Mahindra's Farm Equipment Sector, part of the Mahindra Group, recorded the highest-ever tractor sales in a month in India, surpassing 50,000 tractors in October 2022. The tractor manufacturer announced its tractor sales figures for October 2022.

Mahindra & Mahindra Farm Equipment Sector sold 51,994 tractors in October 2022, up from 47,017 tractors in October 2021, an 11% increase. Exports fell 9% to 1455 tractors, but domestic sales increased 11% to 50,539 tractors.

Export Tractor Sales Of Mahindra

Mahindra Tractor Sales Report October 2022 shows a 9% decline in the Exports market. As a result, the company sold 1455 units in the Exports market in October 2022, compared to 1597 units in October 2021.

Hemant Sikka, President - of Farm Equipment Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., commented on the performance, saying, "We sold 50539 tractors in the domestic market during October 2022, an 11% increase over last year."

The holiday season lifted spirits, resulting in a surge in demand for tractors and farm machinery. The recent government announcement of higher MSP for key Rabi crops, good soil moisture content, high reservoir levels, and good Rabi crop sowing progress are all indicators of continued strong demand for tractors in the coming months. In the export market, we sold 1455 tractors.

In addition, Mahindra & Mahindra presented Year to Date Tractor Sales Figures for 2022. In the domestic market, the company sold 252844 units in 2022, compared to 226087 units in 2021. Domestic tractor sales statistics for 2022 show a 12% increase. Furthermore, Mahindra Year to Date Tractor Sales Report 2022 shows a 15% increase in the Exports market. As a result, the company sold 11199 units in the Exports market in 2022, compared to 9779 units in 2021.
