A convoy marched around James Paget Hospital in Gorleston, Norfolk on Wednesday in honor of tire-fitter Dave Chapman, also known as Diddy. A procession of 40 tractors visited the hospital to deliver the message "Recover quickly" to a patient.

A hospital spokesman said farmers were asked to support the person who helped them every hour during the harvest.
“It was a spectacular sight,” he said, thanks to the ward of the convoy's 400 donations.
Oliver Roberts, a farmer from Heckingham near Laden, attended and said he had known Diddy since he was a child.
“If you are in the hospital, you are not in good health, and you see all these tractors spinning, which makes people feel a little better,” he said.
I hope we did something good. "
The hospital said the idea of driving the tractor quickly "snowballed" when digger driver Trevor Knights presented Diddy's customers with a card stating they wanted to do more.
