One of the visionaries behind this endeavor, Rajesh Jejurikar, aptly dubbed OJA "the powerhouse of energy." The name OJA is derived from "OJAS," a Sanskrit term meaning the powerhouse of energy, perfectly encapsulating the potential of this transformative agricultural marvel.
Rajesh Jejurikar further shared his vision of democratizing technology for farmers globally, specifically those with smaller landholdings. The OJA series promises to empower farmers to achieve higher productivity and efficiency, making a significant contribution to global agriculture.

As per Sikka's comments, "the OJA platform is set to expand Mahindra's global presence, targeting markets in India, ASEAN, and the United States. Mahindra's existing strong foothold in South Africa was a key reason for the global reveal of the OJA series in Capetown, which is known for its vibrant auto and farm businesses."
CATEGORIES
The OJA series offers a versatile range of tractors, categorized as Sub Compact, Compact, Small Utility, and Large Utility, with power options spanning from 20 to 70 horsepower. These tractors boast four robust transmission technologies: HST, eHST, Shuttle, and ePST. The engines are powerful and fuel-efficient, coming in four variants: DI, FIP, IDI, and CRDe, all with an excellent power-to-weight ratio.
The tractors are available in four different weight classes, ranging from 700 to 2050 kilograms. They come with five distinct wheelbase options, measuring from 1.4 to 2 meters, providing flexibility for various applications.
