In a heartwarming and informative short film titled "Millet Masters," Lenovo, the global technology giant, has joined hands with stand-up comedian Abish Mathew to shed light on a groundbreaking millet revival initiative taking place in Kathalloor, Kerala, under Lenovo's "Work For Humankind" initiative. This project not only highlights the inspiring stories of local farmers but also showcases how technology and the dedication of student volunteers are revolutionizing the millet economy in the region.

The short film takes viewers on a captivating journey to explore Kathalloor, the hub of regional millet production. Abish Mathew serves as the guide, bringing attention to the remarkable local millet revolution. He introduces the audience to "millet masters," 25 local farmers who have been empowered by Lenovo's smarter technology to enhance their farming practices, boost yields, and increase profitability. Mathew's engaging exploration concludes with the exciting revelation that local efforts have already expanded the variety of millets grown in the region from two to five, a testament to the initiative's success.

Lenovo's "Work For Humankind" project extends its impact by collaborating with various influencers to raise awareness about millet as a nutritionally rich food source and as part of its mission to create a more robust marketplace for this valuable crop.
