Kubota, a leading name in agricultural machinery, has introduced the latest generation of its M7 Series tractors, maintaining the same horsepower range while introducing a host of new enhancements. The M7-4 Series, spanning from 128 to 168 horsepower, debuts with three exciting new models: the M7-134, M7-154, and M7-174, each available in three distinct configurations: Deluxe, Premium, and Premium KVT.

Morgan Ludwig, the Livestock Tractor Product Manager for Kubota, expressed enthusiasm for the launch, stating, "We're thrilled to welcome the new generation of M7's to the Kubota ag tractor family. This new generation maintains the performance standards that Kubota customers have come to trust, while simultaneously enhancing the operator experience through improvements in comfort and the introduction of new productivity features. These enhancements cater to a wide range of agricultural applications, including hay operations, loader tasks, and small- to mid-sized row crop farming."

The heart of these tractors is Kubota's four-cylinder, direct injection, intercooler turbocharger, water-cooled four-cycle diesel engine, ensuring robust and efficient performance for a variety of agricultural tasks.

Enhanced Loader and Controls

One of the standout features of the M7-4 tractors is the LM2606 front loader, boasting an impressive lifting height of up to 167 inches, a 96-inch bucket, and a maximum load capacity of 5,776 pounds. The Deluxe configurations come equipped with a new multi-function joystick designed for ergonomic comfort and efficiency. It simplifies operations with shift buttons integrated into the joystick, eliminating the need to switch grips between tractor functions. Morgan Ludwig explains, "If they want to turn on the lights instead of pressing the buttons that are in different locations, they can press it on the loader joystick."

Operator Comfort Redefined

Comfort and convenience are at the forefront of the M7-4 updates. All three models include the Multi-Speed Steering Control, offering operators the choice of three settings to customize how many rotations are required with the steering wheel for a full turn.

The cab is thoughtfully designed with an automatic HVAC system, which is standard on the Premium and KVT configurations and optional on the Deluxe. Owners can select between mechanical or air suspension and enjoy the standard air-ride equipped seat for a smooth ride during long hours in the field.

The Xpress Restart feature comes standard on Deluxe and Premium models, allowing operators to directly control the main clutch by simply pressing the brake pedal.

Efficiency and Longevity

Kubota has also reimagined the design of the Fuel and DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) tank, integrating steps along the fuel tank. This thoughtful innovation enables users to work longer between refueling stops. The M7-4 models come equipped with a generously sized 87-gallon fuel tank and a 10-gallon DEF tank, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.

Premium and KVT configurations are equipped with standard LED lights and electric heated side mirrors, offering enhanced visibility and convenience. These features are optional on the Deluxe models.
