JK Tyre Unveils Cutting-Edge Off-Road Tyres at CII EXCON 2023

In a significant stride towards innovation, JK Tyre, a leading Off-the-Road (OTR) tyre manufacturer, revealed 11 groundbreaking tyre variants at the prestigious CII EXCON 2023, South Asia's largest construction equipment trade fair. The star of the unveiling was the JK Tyre 18.00–25 40PR Port Champion Plus, a state-of-the-art Port Tyre designed specifically for Reach Stackers.

The Port Champion Plus boasts deep treads and a meticulous pattern with heavy rubber at the center, ensuring exceptional durability, impressive mileage, and superior steering performance during operations. Anuj Kathuria, the President (India) of JK Tyre & Industries, underlined the company's unwavering commitment to innovation, stating, "As a leading OTR tyre manufacturer, we're dedicated to delivering innovative products that excel in performance on India's challenging terrains."

The tire showcase did not stop there. In addition to the Port Champion Plus, JK Tyre introduced 10 other tyre variants tailored for various construction applications. Among the noteworthy additions are the 17.5-25 20PR GTL Plus E3/L3 and 13.00-24 16PR GTL Champ G3, specifically engineered for Motor Graders, offering high traction and durability on challenging terrains. The Hard Rock Champion series was also expanded with the introduction of the 12.00-20 20PR E4, designed to cater to the demands of mining tipper trucks navigating rough terrains.

Renowned for its Ultra Large OTR tyres, JK Tyre has etched its name in the Limca Book of Records with India's largest tyre size - the colossal 40.00-57, weighing an impressive 3.4 tonnes and measuring 12 ft in diameter. The company's diverse OTR tyre range comprehensively caters to the demanding needs of the industrial and mining sectors.
