Domestic tractor sales in August 2022 were 5,308 tractors, a 7.9 percent increase from 4,920 tractors sold in August 2021. Some parts of the country have received heavy rain this month, affecting ground activation and general movement. Some areas continue to be dry; it remains to be seen how the monsoon behaves in September. Because festivals begin earlier this year, we should have a better September and, most likely, a three-month peak selling season.
