Hyderabad, a bustling city in India, is preparing to host another major international event. After successfully organizing two G20-related conferences, Hyderabad will now be the focal point for a global agriculture conference, welcoming agriculture ministers from G20 countries. The conference, which will take place from June 15 to 17, aims to facilitate discussions and cooperation among the participating ministers.

During a recent press conference, G Kishan Reddy, the Union Minister of Tourism, made an announcement, disclosing that agriculture ministers from 20 countries have confirmed their attendance at the conference. Furthermore, ministers from other nations have been specially invited to participate in the event.

Kishan Reddy further stated that “Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar will oversee the planning and monitoring of the meeting, providing valuable guidance to ensure its success. The meeting will also see the participation of numerous experts, academics, and successful farmers from around the world.”

Hyderabad has already proven itself as an exceptional host for international events, having previously organized G20 events focused on startups and the digital economy. Now, the city is eager to showcase its capabilities once again by hosting this important agriculture conference.

Furthermore, Hyderabad will also play a crucial role in the countdown to Yoga Day, celebrated worldwide on June 21st. As part of the festivities, a 25-day countdown event will commence on May 27th at Parade Ground. This significant occasion will be graced by the presence of Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and Anurag Thakur.

Minister Kishan Reddy shared additional details during the press conference, stating that esteemed individuals, including Governor Tamiliasai Sounderajan, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Health Minister T Harish Rao, and other ministers, have been invited to join the event.
