Farmers can now acquire agricultural machinery by renting at a revised price

COIMBATORE: The announcement by the state government to reduce the use of farm equipment for the benefit of farmers has been launched in the region.

Collector S. Dhivyadarshini has asked farmers to use equipment that will rent them at decreased prices.

According to management, there are seven tractors, plow cutters, corn harvesters, implants and coconut harvesters are available for hire by farmers. Earth movers are multi-purpose machinery that can be used to harvest nuts and farmers will definitely benefit from the various equipment available for rent, according to management.
