Escorts Kubota, India’s leading tractor manufacturer, has announced its tractor sales figures for August 2024.

On September 2, 2024, Escorts Kubota Limited's Agri Machinery Business Division released its numbers for August 2024. In August 2024 they sold 5,614 tractors, registering a growth of 0.4 percent as against 5,593 tractors sold in August 2023.

Domestic tractor sales in August 2024 were at 5,205 tractors, registering a growth of 0.1% as against 5,198 tractors sold in August 2023. With the southwest monsoon progressing steadily, the replenishing water levels bode well for the upcoming rabi season. With continued Government support for the sector, we anticipate demand to accelerate in the coming festive months.

Export tractor sales in August 2024 were at 409 tractors registering a growth of 3.5 percent as against 395 tractors sold in August 2023.
