Dr. Rajaram Tripathi Announced as Winner of Millionaire Farmer Award 2023, Wins Trip to Brazil
Rajaram Tripathi, an accomplished Indian farmer, recently received the "Millionaire Farmer of India Award" for his expertise in organic farming. His journey from a farmer to a global advocate is inspiring.

Rajaram Tripathi, a skilled farmer from India, recently bagged the "Millionaire Farmer of India Award." He's gaining recognition for his expertise in organic farming and efforts to make agriculture more sustainable. Currently, he's gearing up for a week-long trip to Brazil, and the expenses are covered by APEXBRASIL.
Tripathi isn't just a farmer; he's pretty well-educated too. He holds degrees in B.Sc., LLB., and M.A. in five different subjects. He kicked off the "Maa Danteshwari Herbal Farms and Research Center," a significant place for growing organic herbs and spices in India (one can check it out at www.mdhherbals.com).
Taking charge at CHAMF (Central Herbal Agro Marketing Federation of India), a non-profit group, Tripathi played a big role in helping them rake in a lot of money – we're talking about Rs 75 to 80 lakh crores every year – from herbal stuff, spices, and other organic farming ventures.
Tripathi isn't just focused on farming; he's also passionate about saving the environment. He created an "Ethno Medico Garden" with more than 300 rare and almost-extinct medicinal plants. This is a first-of-its-kind initiative in India, showing that he's serious about preserving nature and traditional medicinal wisdom.
He's done some cool work with the 'High Yield Multi-Layer Cropping Pattern,' teaching lots of farmers about why organic farming is significant. For 30 years, he's been planting and taking care of over 30 lakh plants in Bastar, Chhattisgarh – and he's not stopping anytime soon.

He has traveled to 32 different countries, exploring cool agricultural technologies and helping sell organic products all over the world. People in those countries noticed him because he spoke about organic and herbal farming in major international meetings.
Tripathi's journey, starting as an ordinary farmer and becoming a global advocate for organic farming, proves that with hard work and thinking creatively, one can bring about significant change in agriculture. His story gets other farmers excited and makes everyone consider that sustainable farming is the way forward.
