In a much-awaited respite from the scorching heat, Delhi is set to experience a refreshing change in weather tomorrow. The meteorological department has predicted that Wednesday could bring rainfall, providing relief to residents battling the sweltering summer temperatures.

As the axis of the monsoon trough has shifted southward, Delhi is now receiving westerly winds, leading to a change in weather patterns. Weather analysts forecast widespread rain and a significant drop in daytime temperatures from tomorrow onwards.

According to Mahesh Palawat, the vice-chairman of meteorology and climate change at Skymet, Delhi can expect improved weather conditions with a mix of thunderstorm clouds and slightly cooler temperatures compared to today.

The day is projected to range between 28 and 33 degrees Celsius, while the night temperatures will hover between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius.

With calm wind conditions expected, a steady light breeze of 9 km/h with gusts up to 23 km/h will provide a pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. However, it is advisable to keep an umbrella handy, as there is a high probability of rain between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
