On March 29, the University of Texas will be organizing a dinner for the delegates at the Rock Garden, followed by another dinner on March 30 at the Lake Club. On March 31, the Haryana government will be hosting visitors at Pinjore Gardens.

The city is fully prepared to host the second meeting of the Agriculture Deputies from the G20, which is scheduled to take place from March 29 to 31.

The Agriculture Working Group (AWG) will focus on topics related to agriculture and food security, and it is expected that approximately 150 delegates from G20 member nations, guest countries, and experts in the field will attend this three-day meeting

On March 29, the University of Texas will be organizing a dinner for the delegates at the Rock Garden, followed by another dinner on March 30 at the Lake Club. On March 31, the Haryana government will be hosting visitors at Pinjore Gardens.

The attendees of the G20 summit are scheduled to be accommodated at two hotels: the Hotel Lalit, located in the IT Park, and the Hotel Hyatt, situated in the Industrial Area. The meetings will be hosted exclusively at the Hotel Lalit.

Due to the arrival of VVIPS and foreign delegates for the G-20 conference from March 27 to April 1, the Chandigarh Deputy Commissioner has declared the city a no-fly zone for drones and unmanned aerial vehicles. Additionally, the Commissioner has implemented Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code in the vicinity of the hotel.

In addition to Chandigarh, various other cities will be hosting the meetings, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Indore, Jodhpur, Khajuraho, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune, Rann of Kutch, Surat, Thiruvananthapuram, and Udaipur. This diverse range of cities will offer delegates the opportunity to experience India's rich culture, traditions, cuisine, and languages.
