Synergy Technofin Private Limited organized a state-level workshop at Satkar Palace in Tarn Taran. The workshop was focused on fostering business partnerships between input and output companies and farm producer organizations (FPOs).

Jaskirat Singh, Assistant General Manager of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) in Amritsar Cluster, Vikram Sood, Project Deputy Director of the Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) in Tarn Taran, Bikramjeet Singh, Horticulture Development Officer in Tarn Taran, Dr. Anil Kumar, Assistant Professor of Soil Science at Krishi Vigyan Kendra in Tarn Taran, and Dr. Rajan Bhatt, Assistant Professor of Soil Science at KVK Amritsar, along with several input/output companies and nine Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) from Amritsar, Tarn Taran, and Kapurthala districts, participated in the workshop.

The primary objective of the workshop was to establish meaningful connections between FPOs and input and output companies, with a focus on enhancing the benefits for farmer members. Throughout the event, officials and experts shared their perspectives, facts, and innovative ideas on how individual farmers can maximize advantages in the agriculture and horticulture sectors.

The workshop provided a platform for fruitful discussions and knowledge exchange between industry stakeholders and FPO representatives.
