Step by step Tractor testing 

1. Sampling:

The tractor is chosen at random from the production line under the testing station's instructions, and it is complete with all of its usual extras and in saleable condition.

2. Initial Setup and Adjustment:

• The tractor must be brand new and have been thoroughly tested by the manufacturer.
• The running-in location and time must be included in the test report.
• The manufacturer may make changes to the governor, ignition, and injection systems while the tractor is being prepared for testing.

3. Tractor with Ballast:

It is possible to install commercially available wheel equipment and ballast weights that have been certified for use in agriculture by the manufacturer.

4. List of Specifications:

The manufacturer should provide tractor specifications. These criteria should be confirmed by the testing facility, and the results should be reported.

5. Corrections and changes made during testing:

Any repairs or modifications made during the test must be documented.

6. Fuels and lubricants:

Choose from a variety of commercially available fuels and lubricants.

7. Additional Changes:

• To measure the length, breadth, and other parameters, the tractor should be parked on a solid, horizontal surface with the steering wheels in a position that allows the tractor to travel in a straight line.
• Pneumatic tire pressure should be adjusted to the manufacturer's recommendation for fieldwork.
