These State Farmers to Get 55% Subsidy on Multicrop Threshers & Reversible Plough: List, Last Date & Eligibility Criteria

Governments in various states have initiated diverse schemes to support farmers, offering Multicrop Threshers and Reversible Plow Agricultural Equipment/Machines at a 50% discounted rate. Through the Directorate of Agricultural Engineering, the State Agricultural Welfare and Agricultural Development Department recently invited applications.

Following a lottery, the list of eligible farmers, prioritized based on certain criteria, has been published. In Madhya Pradesh, farmers can enjoy subsidized rates for multi-crop threshers and reversible plows by verifying their inclusion in the Agricultural Equipment Grant Scheme List.

Subsidy Details:

Through the e-Krishi Yantra Scheme, farmers are entitled to subsidies on multi-crop threshers and reversible plows. The scheme extends up to a 55% subsidy for farmers categorized as extremely backward, including Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and small/marginal farmers. Other farmers will receive a 45% subsidy. To determine the precise subsidy amount, farmers can utilize the calculator available on the e-Krishi Yantra Anudan portal.

Agricultural Equipment Eligible for Subsidy Under the Scheme:

• The State Agricultural Welfare Development Department, facilitated by the Directorate of Agricultural Engineering, initiated the application process for Multicrop Thresher and Reversible Plow on December 29, 2023, as part of the e-Agriculture Grant Scheme.

• Farmers had until January 7, 2024, to submit their applications, and a lottery has been conducted to determine the beneficiaries.

• The list of selected farmers is now available on the e-agriculture grant portal, enabling them to purchase subsidized agricultural equipment.

• The eligible agricultural equipment for subsidy includes:

   - Multi-Crop Thresher/Axial Flow Paddy Thresher (Above 35 B.H.P)

   - Multicrop Thresher/Axial Flow Paddy Thresher (Capacity more than 4 Ton/Hour)

   - Reversible Plough/Mechanical/Hydraulic

Checking Your Name in the Agricultural Equipment Grant List - Step-by-Step Guide

• Visit the official website of the Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development Department: [https://farmer.mpdage.org/#](https://farmer.mpdage.org/#).

• On the homepage, find the columns for the Directorate of Agricultural Engineering Department and the Directorate of Farmer Welfare and Agricultural Development Department.

• Click on the column for the Directorate of Agricultural Engineering Department.

• Look for options like Apply for Grant, Subsidy Calculator, Equipment and Rates, and Lottery Result (Agriculture Equipment Subsidy List). Click on "Lottery Result."

• You will be directed to a new page called "Primary List." Provide necessary information such as financial year, department, district, equipment, farmer class, landholding category, and lottery date, ensuring the selection of the Directorate of Agricultural Engineering Department.

• Submit the required information and click the submit button. The lottery list for the Agricultural Machinery Grant Scheme will be displayed, allowing you to check if your name is included.

Guidelines for E-Agriculture Equipment Grant Lottery

• After the lottery on the e-Krishi Yantra Grant portal, earnest money from selected and waitlisted farmers will be returned upon final resolution.

• Earnest money of farmers not selected in the lottery will be promptly refunded.

• Applications without confirmed earnest money payment before the lottery date will be disregarded.

• The department will not be responsible for amounts deposited by farmers if payment confirmation is not received.

• Payments settled on or after the lottery date will be returned following the rules, but such cases won't be part of the lottery process.
