White eggplant is a unique and beautiful variety of eggplant. With its ivory skin and delicate flavor, it offers a refreshing twist to traditional eggplant recipes. The size of white eggplant differs with a length of 7 to 25 cm and differs in shape that can be round, oval, or oblong.

The flesh of white eggplant possesses a dense, tender, resilient, and porous texture, encompassing numerous edible seeds that are white or cream-colored. In comparison to purple eggplants, white eggplant varieties generally contain a higher number of seeds, and as the eggplant matures, the seed count tends to increase. An indication of ripeness in white eggplants is the emission of a muffled sound when gently tapped. In culinary applications, white eggplants are renowned for their comparatively reduced bitterness and acidity compared to purple varieties, enabling their utilization in a wider range of neutral preparations.

Growing Steps for White Eggplant
