The motive behind mKisan's Portal

As a two-way communication platform, mKisan allows farmers to ask specific questions through Pull SMS or USSD in addition to providing them with information or services.

This Integrated Portal aids in ensuring proper archiving of older advisories or SMSs as well as effective monitoring at various levels.

It is maintained that the combined database from the State Governments, Universities, KVKs web-based registration, Kisan Call Centers, etc.

Therefore, the project as a whole is supported by the provision of web-based services via SMS or USSD.

Integration with additional services, such as Kisan Call Centers, Common Service Centers, and websites, to extract the information that is required and to provide data from off-the-grid locations where the Internet is unavailable or unreliable.
