The Manure fertilizer equipment mainly transfers composted manure, and barnyard manure from the storage site to the ground.   • Tractor- based

It consists of 4 parts, namely:-

  • First Drive- Used for upper beater
  • Second Drive- Used for lower beater
  • Third Drive- Used for feed conveyor
  • Last Drive- Used for driving the spreader

Tractor Driven Manure spreader uses the power from the PTO shaft of a tractor which runs at 540 rpm.

Hopper- The hopper is the main container of the manure spreader, where the manure is loaded. It is designed to hold a large quantity of manure and has a sloping floor to facilitate the movement of the material.

Beaters- Beaters are rotating mechanisms with chains or paddles attached to them. They are located inside the hopper and are responsible for breaking up the manure and propelling it toward the discharge area. The beaters help ensure a consistent and even spreading of the manure.

Apron Chain- A heavy-duty conveyor system called an apron chain runs along the hopper's floor. It controls the rate at which the material is discharged and moves the manure toward the back of the spreader.

Discharge Gate- The spreader's discharge gate is a movable opening at the back. It enables exact control over the distribution of manure. Farmers can control the spread pattern's width and thickness by altering the gate.

Spreading Mechanism- The spreading mechanism consists of fins or paddles attached to the beaters. As the beaters rotate, these fins push the manure off the spreader and distribute it evenly across the field. The design of the spreading mechanism plays a crucial role in achieving a uniform spread pattern.
