Application Date in Detail

Originally scheduled from 17th July 2023 to 27th July 2023, the application period for E-Krishi Anudan Seva has been extended to 3rd August 2023. This extension aims to facilitate the farmers of Madhya Pradesh. During this period, farmers can apply for agricultural grants and subsidies. A lottery will be conducted on 4th August 2023 to allocate the agricultural machinery as per the applications received.

Detailed Guide on Application Process on Agriculture Machinery in E-Krishi Anudan Seva

Step 1- To apply in the portal and to avail of benefits, farmers need to make a Demand Draft (DD ). One needs to include a certain amount of money from their bank account in the name of the Assistant Agriculture Engineer of your district. After this process, they can apply online.

Step 2-  The amount of DD depends on the type of agricultural machinery applied. It includes:-

• For the application of more than 8 BHP power tillers and cleaner-cum-grader, one has to make a DD of 5000 / - security amount.

• For the application of Power Weeder, Seed Drill, Seed cum Fertilizer Drill/ Zero Till Seed Cum Fertilizer Drill/ Groundnut Planter/ Raised Bed Planter/ Ridgefarrow Planter/ Multicrop Planter, Power Sprayer/ Boom Sprayer, a payment of Rs. 2000 /- DD will have to be made for the security amount.

• For other agricultural implements, one can visit the demand draft amount on e-Krishi Yantra Anudan Portal Madhya Pradesh.

Note- The DD amount should be enough for the application to get accepted.

Step 3- Now farmers can visit the portal and apply for the required machinery. For the convenience of farmers and proper management of data, the facility of Aadhaar authentication has been provided recently and is mandatory.

After the above process, farmers have to provide personal information including:-

• Name
• Address
• Phone number

Step 4- After completing the details a prescribed DD number will be generated which is required to enter and fill in further details. Through this one can easily get all the advantages and suitable subsidies for agriculture machinery.
